The tag measures 6.5" by 3" and is made from 1/4" birch plywood.  The name is also made from 1/4" birch plywood and is cut to fit the space.  I add the 1" beads to the twine hanger. 

I can personalize them for you and assemble or I can send them to you to be painted, stained and assembled.  Whichever works for you!  

Please make sure you double check your spelling on the name you want on the tag when you add it to your notes.  I will copy and paste your entry to cut! And please let me know if you'd like a different font!
